Summary: The staff were excellent and an impressive lobby / restaurant area, however the room was small and certainly appeared a lot larger in the listing. Also, an enormous sprawling construction site in front of the property should be mentioned out of courtesy.

Summary: Nice hotel chic decor but it was a disappointment with major constructions right in front of our room. Cannot even open the curtains. Moved to another hotel after first night but staff was nice to let us cancel rest of our stay

Summary: Overall the rooms were well appointed, very clean, and up to date. No major issues at all. The hotel being outside of the cbd was a double edged sword - no easy walk to restaurants, but also much calmer and relaxed. It may have been onboarding/training during low season, but there were occasional staff struggles with routine requests. Dramatic mix between very good staff, very new staff, and staff that were posturing.

Summary: Had a beautiful stay at Kāmana - the service of the front desk staff is always second to non, and we had a lovely note in our room welcoming us upon our return. The only thing I would say is that the construction that is happening in front of the hotel should be factored in pricing, our view was over the construction and our soak would have had frosted glass as the baths are looking directly at the construction. Understand this is not something that can be helped but it should reflect in the prices being charged.
